Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly individual  to be the welcoming face of our office and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being around people.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor

• Answer phone calls, reply to text message, schedule appointments, and manage appointment reminders

• Check-in and check-out patients, collect payments and schedule appointments

• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

• Provide administrative support to the ChiroHabit team, including data entry, shredding and filing as needed.

• Assist in maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality

• Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Exceptional customer service and prioritizing abilities

• Ability to learn new programs quickly and efficiently

• Knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and Drive

• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance

• Knowledge of healthcare terminology or experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required

• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus but not required

• Must pass HIPAA certification course and able to pass a background check

• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

This is a part-time hourly position: 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2:45pm - 7:15pm. 

The schedule may include some Saturdays from 10am to 12pm but will be discussed at time of interview. 

Pay & Benefits

Training paid at $10/hr to start. Once fully trained, hourly wage will be increased.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a licensed Acupuncturist to join our team at ChiroHabit in Granbury, TX.  Our practice is committed to providing personalized, high-quality, affordable care to our patients, and we believe that adding acupuncture services to our existing chiropractic offerings will further enhance our ability to deliver comprehensive wellness solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial consultations with patients to assess their needs and create personalized treatment plans

• Administer acupuncture treatments to patients using sterile needles and other therapeutic techniques

• Communicate with patients to ensure they understand the benefits and risks of acupuncture and answer any questions they may have

• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to provide comprehensive care to patients

Requirements:

• Licensed Acupuncturist with a current Texas state license and malpractice insurance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively

• Proficient in acupuncture techniques and related therapies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
